Lode is a desktop app. What you download and convert stays on your computer: we never see your links, your files or your history.
What we keep

Who handles it
- Supabase stores your account and license.
- Stripe takes the payment and sends the receipt. We never see your card.
- Resend sends account emails: confirmation, password reset.
- Google Analytics counts visits to this site, only if you accept.
- Deskcord runs the support chat on this site.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics only if you click Accept in the banner. It then sets the _ga cookies to count visits and see which pages work. Nothing loads before you choose. Your choice is kept for 6 months on this browser, then asked again. Change it any time with Cookies at the bottom of the page.
Browser extension
The Lode extension only acts on a page you send to the app. It reads that page's address, title and media, and the cookies of that site so media behind your login can be saved. All of it goes straight to the Lode app on your computer. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, and the extension keeps only your settings and recent items, on your computer.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data at any time. Delete account, on your account page, erases everything we keep within 30 days. Questions: [email protected].
